Advantage Intercollegiate Athletics' Founder and Managing Director Brian Barrio has nearly 30 years of experience in college athletics, has served in leadership positions across Division I, and has been a member of the NCAA Division I Council and NCAA Legislative Committee.   He also holds a law degree from the University of California.  Advantage ICA can leverage that hands-on experience to provide real value on behalf of you or your program.
